Aloo Gosht Recipe Easy Procedure



 
Aloo gosht is a famous dish cooked in Sub-continent and it is liked by every food loving family. Its recipe is very simple and easy to be cooked in no time and women use to serve it to their guests at home. The delicious and spicy dish of Aloo gosht is also given preference over other dishes that are served at parties and wedding receptions.                                                                                             

                                                    

Aloo Gosht Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Ghee or oil
  • 125 g Yogurt, 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 kg Mutton
  • 250 g Tomato
  • 1/2 bunch Green coriander
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • 1/2 bunch Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • Whole spice as require


      DIRECTIONS:
    Peel Potatoes and make their slices. Take a pot and keep it on low flame. Pour Ghee or Oil (whatever you like to use in your kitchen) in this pot. Now start cooking by adding sliced onion in ghee or oil and cook it till it becomes softer and their color change slightly. After this add all the spice and ginger garlic paste into it. Keep stirring till it turns golden brown. Now add meat into it and keep it on fire till its water dries up. Now it is the time to add sliced tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin powder, all spice powder and salt(according to taste). Mix it and add yogurt and 1 glass of water and cover it on low flame. Keep it cooking till the meat softens. Now add potatoes and green chillies and cover it for 10-15 minutes. Lastly, garnish with green coriander leaves. Your delicious and good looking dish is ready to be served to your family.
