A traditional meat dish mostly served on Eid al Adha (Bari Eid) or on special family gathering’s or parties. This dish is not cooked in many spices and carries mild hot flavor. Tastes best with the freshest meat. Recipe by Chef Munawar.

Ingredients:
Beef or mutton meat with bone 01 kg
Garlic cloves chopped 10
Ginger fine slice 1 tsp
Onion 1 large size
Whole black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Roasted coriander seed crushed 1 tsp
Cumin seed’s crushed 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Water as required
Cooking Directions:
1.Take the meat with fat and bone on it.
2.Take medium size cooking pot, put on the flame, pour in some oil, as the oil warms up, put chopped onion, garlic cloves crushed, ginger, and stir it for couple of minutes.
3.Now add the meat into the pot stir it for couple on minutes, add crushed black pepper, crushed coriander seed, cumin seed’s, turmeric powder and stir it for some minutes.
4.Add water, enough to dip the ingredients in water, let it cook at medium flame till the water dries.
5.Now cook the meat till tender.
6.Serve it with lemon quarters, thinly sliced green chillies and naan or chapati.
